  1. Karl Heinrich Marx (1818 ) – German philosopher, sociologist, historian, political economist, political theorist and revolutionary socialist, who developed the socio-political theory of Marxism. His ideas have since played a significant role in the development of social science and the socialist political movement. He published various books during his lifetime, with the most notable being The Communist Manifesto (1848) and Capital (1867–1894), many of which were co-written with his friend, the fellow German revolutionary socialist Friedrich Engels
  2. Kevin James LaBrie (1963) – Canadian vocalist who is best known as the lead singer in progressive metal band Dream Theater
  3. Christopher Morley (1890) – American journalist, novelist, essayist and poet. He also produced stage productions for a few years and gave college lectures
  4. Viktor Alexandrovich Hartmann (1873) – Russian architect and painter of Volga German ancestry
  5. Søren Aabye Kierkegaard (1813) – Danish Christian philosopher, theologian and religious author interested in human psychology. He strongly criticized the philosophies of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling and Karl Wilhelm Friedrich Schlegel and the Christianity of the State Church versus the Free Church
  6. Alice Faye (1915) – American actress and singer, called by the New York Times “one of the few movie stars to walk away from stardom at the peak of her career.”
  7. Craig Ashley David (1981) – English singer and songwriter. He has released five studio albums: Born to Do It, Slicker Than Your Average, The Story Goes…, Trust Me, Signed Sealed Delivered and a Greatest Hits album
  8. Devin Garret Townsend (1972) – Canadian musician and record producer. He was the founder, songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist in extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad from 1994 to 2006 and has had an extensive career as a solo artist
  9. Shawn Drover (1966) – Canadian drummer, best-known for his work with the heavy metal band Megadeth
  10. Virginia Wynette Pugh (1942) – Known professionally as Tammy Wynette, was an American country music singer-songwriter and one of country music’s best-known artists and biggest-selling female vocalists
