Laughter Yoga or Hasyayoga is a one interesting form of self-triggered laughter yoga. The concept of Laughter Yoga is that you can fool your body and brain and to make fake like real laughter. Sometimes body cannot differentiate between real and the fake. Both laughter provide the same physiological and psychological benefits. The idea is brainstorm by Dr. Madan Kataria, a Physician from India. He make first Laughter Club on March 13, 1995.
