Good Day with Arcangelo Corelli

When you mention Baroque music, one of my first association is definitely Arcangelo Corelli. He was born on 17 February 1653. and died 8 January 1713. Arcangelo was an Italian violinist and composer of Baroque music. He was born at Fusignano, nice looking province of Ravenna, Italy. The main characteristics of his compositions are: beautiful melody, nice treatment of composition with the story that follows and experiments with counterpoint. Some of his compositions were used in movie Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.
