16-year-old Shouryya Ray give a solution how to calculate exactly the path of a projectile under gravity and subject to air resistance, two fundamental particle dynamic theories by Sir Isaak Newton. This problem can be solved but required the use of powerful computers. He solved the problem mathematical way that had stumped mathematicians for centuries. Shouryya Ray has been labeled a genius by the German media.

“When it was explained to us that the problems had no solutions, I thought to myself, ‘well, there’s no harm in trying,”
